📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔄 Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Item must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

• Items not in original condition

• Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

🚚 Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Include photos or videos showing the issue.

🚚 Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the shipping options we currently offer:

📦 Delivery Methods:

• J&T Express – Standard nationwide delivery

• Lalamove – Same-day or next-day delivery (selected areas only)

💸 Shipping Charges:

• Shipping fees are covered by the buyer/consumer.

• Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout (for J&T) or confirmed separately (for Lalamove orders).

⏱ Delivery Timeframe:

• J&T Express: 1–3 working days (Peninsular Malaysia), 3–7 working days (East Malaysia)

• Lalamove: Same day (orders before 3PM, selected areas only)

🔄 Shipping Notes:

• Tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

• For Lalamove deliveries, please contact us via WhatsApp after placing your order to arrange delivery timing.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the item at the delivery address.
